Located in the heart of the City of London. This iconic building, termed the “marble palace”, houses some of the most influential people in European finance. Contract was awarded for an annual spend of £1.2 million pounds to change office layouts, refurbish entire floors whilst offices are occupied. The works included installing new and amending existing glazed and solid partitioning, meeting high acoustic, thermal and security specifications.

All M&E, Data, HVAC, AV, finishes, fixtures and fittings project managed to complete works to high standard, on time and to budget.
