Following a successful tender for a project to fit-out a branch of Soho Gyms in Lewisham, London, we were subsequently awarded three additional gym re-fit contracts, to be carried out concurrently at different UK sites.

All four refurbishment projects required efficient project management, as they were carried out in a ‘live’ environment without the operational gyms closing for the re-fit.

Essential to the success of the projects was careful co-ordination and planning of work schedules, to ensure safety of the clubs staff and members, with minimal disruption to the club’s day to day operations

The fast-track 24/7 projects were all delivered within the agreed schedule and handed over on 22nd December in time for a New Year launch.
